The 2026 edition of the Manjushree Trail Race features the MTR 50K, a technical and exhilarating challenge designed for those looking to experience the rugged beauty of the Kathmandu Valley ridgelines. The 50K race is a perfect step for trail runners looking to push beyond the marathon distance. Starting on 18th April 2026, participants will navigate a course that blends local culture, steep forest climbs, and technical descents.
Course & Experience
The MTR 50K course is designed to showcase the diverse landscapes of the Kathmandu rim.
